Become A Member   a) Any person not below the age of 18 years who accepts to abide by the memorandum and Rules and Regulations of the Samiti and pays the membership fee of Rs. 21/- for registration and annual membership fees of Rs. 101/- or life membership fees of Rs. 1000/- will be enrolled as a member of the Samiti by filling the prescribed form of the Samiti duly signed and introduced by the President or any other office bearer.   b) The enrolment of the members shall be closed on date fixed by the Executive body in order to maintain the register of members who are entitled to vote and contest the election of the Samiti.   c) The membership shall become effective after enrolment.   d) The members who have not paid their dues in full and final before the date of election shall have no right to cast the vote.   e) Every member shall have a right to contest for the election of Executive body provided his name is proposed by atleast two members of the Samiti and he is holding membership of the Samiti atleast for the period of six months before the date of election.   f) Every member has a right to vote provided he is holding membership for atleast three months before the date of election.   g) Every member shall have right to ask any question about the working and account of the Samiti and he may collect any information from the general secretary by sending a letter in writing not less than fortnight before the time fixed for the meeting.   i) Every member shall have a right to inspect and take copy of the books and register of the Samiti.
